I received a post card from John Ulrich inviting me to list my Tehema County property for sale. My wife and I bought the property 30+ years ago and planned on building a retirement home on the property but with grandkids, life changed and so did our plans.   I spoke with John on the phone. He was very polite and receptive and answered all of my questions. He came up with a marketing plan and listed the property for sale. The first offer came in and after negotiations, we went into contract. The buyers ended up “flaking” and backed out of the deal. This appeared to be a large set back but within a week, John had received another offer that was better than the original offer. John walked us through every step of the process, was always in contact, always returned phone calls and emails.
